Misinformed Service. I received a coupon for an oil change. Of course the coupon did not apply to my vehicle. A discount is advertised for a discount if a vehicle is bought in in between certain hours which I did, however, I did not receive that discount either. More
First impressions mean alot I bought my first new ford truck last week so this was the first time I have every brought a vehicle into a dealer service department. Everyone was busy and professional. The shop was clean and everything was well kept and organized. The service to my F-150 was completely way faster than I had anticipated. My salesman John Jaccuzzo took good care of me and set me up with a new F-150 to use that day to get to work free of charge. My service advisor Amanda Sapia was friendly, helpful and genuine with her customer service. I was very impressed. More

Pathetic Service I have kept to my maintenance schedule and have only brought my car in to the dealership for all maintenance. It seems that the technicians didn't pay I have kept to my maintenance schedule and have only brought my car in to the dealership for all maintenance. It seems that the technicians didn't pay attention to details. I had two directional tires on my vehicle. I did not know that even existed, but tires were on vehicle when I bought it. Thursday, my wife took the car in for scheduled maintenance: oil change, tire rotation, and to have two new tires mounted and balanced as one tire in the front was losing air. She gets told about there being directional tires on vehicle, but one was bad due to not being rotated properly. So I now have two bad tires, one of which was done by whoever rotated my tires when I brought my vehicle in for last appointment. I am also having a hard time understanding why it takes almost 3 hours to change the oil, rotate the tires, and mount and balance two new tires. Especially with the equipment that I am sure is available at the dealership. I don't have access to the lifts or air tools, and, aside from mounting and balancing new tires, I could have done the rest of the work in an hour at most. More
Service Department Long story short, repairs to the truck were claimed to be done and not. Rear receptacle was said to be fixed but does not work. Now, wipers intermittently do not turn off now and was working prior. Just received a phone call to say the back ordered part was in and that I will be responsible for the windshield wiper problem. My wife and I have always driven a Ford and always will, but will never buy one from Terrebone ford again. This is not an isolated event, I have had nothing but bad experiences with this service department. More
