Wouldn’t listen kept insisting their diagnosis was correct I took my truck in with a problem that they insisted was a fuel sending unit failure. I told them I realized that was a problem but not the issue I b I took my truck in with a problem that they insisted was a fuel sending unit failure. I told them I realized that was a problem but not the issue I brought the truck in for. I told them the problem I had was dealing with the transmission. They kept insisting it was a fuel sending unit and wanted to charge me $968. After several days I told them I would just pick up the truck and they charged me $150 for their time. After I picked up the truck I bought a transmission heat sensor for $13 replaced it in my truck works fine. I don’t understand why they couldn’t diagnose it or listen to my suggestions. I will not take my truck there ever again. More

Everyone I spoke to were so friendly and helpful. From the lady who answers the phone initially to the lady in service dept. Cory the Service Manager, the shuttle driver and the lady in finance office. My experience was awesome and the service excellent and very timely. BUYER BEWARE.....Terrebonne Ford of Houma does dirty dirty business. I bought my 2011 Expedition there brand new. The tires looked worn from day one. We brought it there several times and asked them to please look at them. We were told over and over that the tires were brand new when put on the vehicle. In 3 years time, it only has 22,000 miles on it. I drive it in town primarily. It has been on the interstate a handful of times. We rotate the tires and get alignments faithfully. Two of the tires are now balding and the tread on the other two are very low. My husband finally took it once more, and we were told that indeed the tires had been switched out from another vehicle!!! Now the story has changed to it was only one tire. They are offering us the same exact deal that I would get if I used the warranty Goodyear has. A warranty that would only need to be used if I had done something to cause this kind of situation. $400 for 4 new tires. I don't feel that I should have to pay anything because I didn't have new tires to begin with. So today I call the supervisor, Anthony Palmazanno, and tried to explain to him what I expected to be done. I told him that I did contact my attorney. He was EXTREMELY rude and was talking over me in a "FIRST OF ALL....blah blah blah" type way. I interrupted and he told me that he had nothing more to say and if I wanted to talk that I could contact him through my attorney. I told him that I would be posting here and his reply was "Oh, so you are threatening me now?". Facebook is a public forum, Mr. Palmazanno. You really should consider treating Ford customers better. This is not over. I plan to take this as high as I can but if you have had similar issues with Ford, it may not be just you. There may be tons of us that have been lied to. Took my Ford F-250 for service and because my front end shaking. They said nothing was wrong, buy tires. I had to drive 45 mph on the way home the truck was shaking so bad. I took truck back paid Terrebonn shaking. They said nothing was wrong, buy tires. I had to drive 45 mph on the way home the truck was shaking so bad. I took truck back paid Terrebonne 1700 for service & parts. 300 for rent a car. They told me to get tires again. The truck shook so bad on the way back I had to drive on the shoulder. i bought brand new tires to put on the truck and the truck still shook i had to take them off so i didn't ruin them. I emailed Terrebonne and still after 3 months have not received a response. I called Ford Motor Company and was told they are a franchise and there was nothing they could do. Please Please take your vehicle somewhere else. More
