These guys do not know how to keep there word and their ethics are poor at very best. I bought a car and rather than take care of a loyal ambassador for their company like i was, they turned their back on ethics are poor at very best. There were some communication issues, which Mike, the GM came back to me about and was (sho and delivery to me in MN, as I did the purchasing online. He was open to negotiating around the issues, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. After sales online can always be a risk, but TCD came through in the end, which I appreciated. This was really a great and unique experience. My son a I arrived right at/after closing on a holiday weekend and were treated with professionalism and friendliness. It would have been easy to ask us to come back, but instead we received genuine appreciation and customer service. The dealership and vehicles were detailed and clean, and we were able to test drive the car we came to see and quickly moved through the financing process. Chase Morton greeted us and was extremely helpful throughout the process, and Dan Adkins was amazing in working us through financing. The overall experience couldn't have been more efficient or more pleasant. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Texas Cars Direct - thank you guys! More
