When we arrived Yissell had everything in order to drive the trucks we might be interested in and was friendly and very patience as we drove and discussed each truck. We did not decide on a vehicle that particular day as we wanted to shop around more, however the experience we had with Yissell brought us back to Texas Direct to purchase our Ford Truck. Everyone was so FRIENDLY and helpful from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership were so friendly to my family and always asked if we needed anything or just saying good morning. We also notice that every customer was treat the same way we were. No one was pushy or stand offish. I have not seen anything like it in a long time.
