If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a vehicle from The Ford Store San Leandro, and just 11 days later, it was stolen from in front of my home. When it was recovered, the car I purchased a vehicle from The Ford Store San Leandro, and just 11 days later, it was stolen from in front of my home. When it was recovered, the car had damage to the cylinder lock and was undrivable, so I had it towed back to the dealership for repairs—thinking a certified Ford service department could handle it quickly and professionally. I was completely wrong. For an entire week, they claimed they couldn’t even unlock the car—this is a Ford dealership with a service center, and they couldn’t unlock a Ford vehicle they sold me? That was just the beginning. They had my vehicle for nearly 30 days for a repair that should have taken maybe a day or two. They rarely answered the phone, never returned messages, and provided no updates. I had to chase them constantly, and still got nothing but excuses. Turns out they were also ignoring my insurance company, who made multiple calls and sent several emails trying to get estimates and documentation—also with no response. When I finally did get someone on the phone (after countless attempts), I was told the wrong part had been ordered—twice. They kept pushing back the completion date, and I was left completely in the dark. Eventually, they told me the car was ready. But get this—they “forgot” to fix the mechanism that allows you to unlock the door with the physical key. They literally reinstalled the handle and skipped the fix. At that point, I was so fed up and afraid they’d keep my car for another month, I told them to just leave it. Then came the final slap in the face—the bill. The charges were so wildly inflated that my insurance company refused to pay the full amount. I had to come out of pocket to cover the difference. This was hands-down one of the most frustrating, unprofessional, and stressful experiences I've ever had with any business. I wouldn’t take a bicycle to these people, much less a car I care about More

Barry was super helpful with our truck! I took my 2023 F350 in for a shift interlock solenoid replacement in October 2024 and didn't get it back until April 2025. I was told that the part was on Back order.
