Your tech writer tom went beyond . ..when my truck died right outside dealership. I called and told him bad battery connection He came out got me going and sent mechanic next morning ..when my truck died right outside dealership. I am not happy with my 2003 ranger xlt. within the first two weeks i had to have fir the 3rd time a replacement of the rear main seal. I recently developed copd ans am unablle to do much of my own maintenance. The only reason i will go back there is because of your tech writer tom cope I picked up my track 430 or so. Drove out of lot and it died. Turned out was a bad battey cable connector. It was loose and i had no tools with me and a very limited supply of oxygen and i am blocking a lane if traffic. I had tom's # and called him. I left message about my situation. He showed up with tools in hand. Got me on my way home. He asked for me to call and let him know i made it back. The next morning he arranged for a mobil tech to replace the bad cable. It is when people like that who go out of their way to help is why customers come back. Not rear main seals I More
