Excellent service and communication I always choose this dealer to bring my Explorer for service and repair. I find that all the members of staff are friendly and upfront and explain wha I always choose this dealer to bring my Explorer for service and repair. I find that all the members of staff are friendly and upfront and explain what will happen and the ETA on any work. Most recently I brought my explorer in as there was a warning light on. My technician called with regular updates on the diagnostics, repairs required and the cost of the work. The regular updates meant I had confidence in the work and when I would get my vehicle back which meant I could plan accordingly. More

Kevin Percell was great, Ford hierarchy isn't A bit over 7 weeks ago a complicated part that powered my entire dashboard when out so I brought it in for service thanks to Kevin Percell accepting i A bit over 7 weeks ago a complicated part that powered my entire dashboard when out so I brought it in for service thanks to Kevin Percell accepting it a couple of weeks before a regular appointment was available. Once the problem was diagnosed, though, he had to wait about 4 weeks to actually get the part from some Ford center (who had to get it from somewhere else). Once it was in something wouldn't work with the programming so some central service center tried to tell him it was the wrong part; he had to contact some other distant office to prove he did have the right part, then get back to the central service center (who reply the next day at best based on my experience) the actual repair was done in a day--7 weeks after I brought the car in. Kevin was generous and helpful, got San Leandro Ford Store to pay for a loaner for me, then tried diligently to get the Ford partnership who runs our service warranty to waive the $100 deductible given how long I was without my car but no dice. So, I'm entirely satisfied with San Leandro Ford and Kevin Percell but not with the other partners in his chain of command somewhere else distant from here that he had to work with on this "event." All praise to my local Ford Store, not much for the other service units (and warranty company) they have to work with. More

Unresponsive, no accountability, lack of follow through Non responsive, lack of accountability and very poor customer service. I will not be returning to this Dealership again. After having my Mustang serviced there for 5 years and then in the 5th year of my Ford Flex this past experience has been a Night Mare at best. My car has been "being serviced" for now a month. No follow on my calls and I still do not know the status of my vehicle. My next stop is contacting the corporate office to file a complaint about how disappointing and poor the service has been. More
