Service on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra I was very satisfied with the friendliness and courtesy of your employees on my visit Sept. 19 and 26. They explained everything and checked to see if the part I needed was under warranty and it was. The only problem I had was the ice cold waiting room. I asked if the A/C could be turned up and I was told she couldn't do it but she would see if they could take care of it. Well, I was there for 2 hrs. and the air was blowing down on me and when I got home my throat was scratchy and I am very susceptible to getting colds easily because of my age. All the other people in the room were cold and one person had a jacket on and said she was going outside to get warm. More
Poor service on airbag recall When I called to get my airbag recall taken care of the service team told me they did not have parts and had no idea when they would have them. When I told her this was unacceptable she downplayed the danger saying "it is only a problem if you have an accident!" Beyond words. Got an appointment for then next morning at a competing dealer in Winchester. Never again! More
Great Experience I came in to get some service on my 2015 Subaru Forester. Just sitting near the TV. Jonathan Loughrie, came over. He was my Salesperson back in 2014 when I bought my very first Subaru. We started talking. About 3-years ago, I kept getting emails, Subaru wanted to buy my Car, so I could trade it in, for a newer model. So, he discussed my options, buying a new car or to lease a new car. I very quickly started to listen to him about leasing a new, 2018 Subaru Forester. I knew I would like the Car, as I already have one. Mine had about 31,000 miles on it, and I've had it for almost 4-years. Loved it. So, I decided to lease a new 2018 Subaru Forester. This is the very first time, that I have had a vehicle that is an automatic. I've been driving for over 40-years, just have to get used to giving my left leg/foot a rest. When ever I am looking for a new car in the future, I would recommend Jonathan Loughrie at Thomas. I would also recommend him to any of my friends that may be looking for a new car. A plus with the car, it has Xm Radio installed. Which I love. More

My most recent visit to Thomas Hyundai Subaru was for a routine oil change. The service department is always prompt, effecient, friendly and thorough. I bought my Outback from Roman Spriggs in 2010. I have given the ratings above because during my last visit, 4/12, I experienced excellent service and was happy with the outcome. I initially went for my service because of an oil change. I was aware that my car, Subaru 2001 Outback, would be in need of a brake service in the near future. I asked Jason if he could detail the potential service after the multi-point inspection was done. Jason complied and informed me of the remaining pad on the brakes and answered all of my questions as to how much longer the front and back pads would perform. After listening to Jason I felt that it would be best for convience and safety to take care of the issue right then. What I appreciated from Jason was that I didn't feel any pressure to complete the service, he was calm and answered/provided exactly what I asked. While I was waitng for this service I also spoke to Jonathan Loughrie, who sold me and my husband the Outback in 2009. Jonathan has always maintained a friendly and professional demeanor with me during my appt.s. After telling him what the service was, he offered a loaner car to run any errands that I might have. Though I declined, he stated to let him know if I changed my mind. In the past he has also offered me this and I have appreciated the thoughtfulness.
