I love my new Subaru (2011) and love the dealership Thomas. I was formerly a Jeep person (still have an old Cherokee) and thought I would never change until I met Perry who introduced me to the Forest Thomas. I was formerly a Jeep person (still have an old Cherokee) and thought I would never change until I met Perry who introduced me to the Forester. It is comfortable long distance (took it on a trip to Arkansas and back - about 900 miles) and comfortable short distances. Gas mileage is not bad for a all wheel drive - 23.9 to 25.9 short distances and almost 28 on the trip to Arkansas. I immediately recruited 2 other friends who bought Subarus. The service deparment and anyone I have met especially Tammy have been exceptional in their custormer service skills. I mentioned Perry - who is the best as far as salesmen go and I trust his experience and expert opinion very much. Thanks to the staff who give me a wonderful experience everytime I go! More

I purchased a Hyundai Elantra from a local used car I purchased a Hyundai Elantra from a local used car dealership. I started to have problems with the security system going off ( of course at the w I purchased a Hyundai Elantra from a local used car dealership. I started to have problems with the security system going off ( of course at the worst times imaginable) so when I went to the used car lot they told me there was nothing they could do that I had to go to the Hyundai dealership. I was not happy about that because I figuired because I didnt buy the car there I would be looked over. But to my surprise when I called your dealership the female voice on the other end(Mrs. Shook) assured me she would get me into see a service professional as soon as possible and that she did. She even offered to make arrangements to get the car from my sons school. The next day I was in and out of the service deptartment in less then 30 minutes with a simple fix to a problem I thought was going to be serious at best. My experiance at your dealership was very professional and careing from begining to end. Thank you for taking care of my sons first car he would have been lost without it! Rick Wolford More

Simply stated, the Hyundai Santa Fe Limited I purchased from Thomas Hyundai in March 2009 was the first time in 30 years I had not purchased a General Motors vehicle. In addition to being a Consumers Repor from Thomas Hyundai in March 2009 was the first time in 30 years I had not purchased a General Motors vehicle. In addition to being a Consumers Report top pick in the mid-size crossover SUV class for safety and value, one of the deciding factors was the service plan that this dealer offered and this has proved to be a good decision time and again. The service department personnel are well trained, professional, and friendly. The service advisers are prompt and knowledgeable; and whether performing routine maintenance or replacing parts that wear out, the technicians always exhibit great care in servicing my Santa Fe. It runs as well if not better than new. When it comes time to look at a new vehicle, I will likely look at Thomas first, passing by the other dealers in the area. More

The check engine light came on and I did not knowo what to do. I dropped my vehicle off at Thomas with the request that they repair the problem. They identified the problem very quickly. It was not as serious as I thought it might have been. They were quite helpful, kept me informed of the cost involved, and were willing to stay late to complete the repair and let me pick up my car. Everything was taken care of in one day with out any significnat delays. this is gret work everyone and I will be back again. Patrick :-) More
