I went to dealership service dept for my first oil change and replacement of a damaged part and the first person I met was smiling and friendly. He told me that there was also a software recall that he coul and replacement of a damaged part and the first person I met was smiling and friendly. He told me that there was also a software recall that he could take care of if I wanted to be done at this time. I said yes. He asked if I would be waiting, and I said that I would be back after work to pick up my car. When I returned, car was ready and waiting; paperwork took only a few minutes. Again, it was a pleasant, friendly interaction. I am very pleased. More
Everyone at Thomas Subaru Hyundai is extremely courteous & knowledgeable. I called Tuesday morning & had an appointment that same afternoon. We have had our Subaru since April 2007 & have never had a bad experience at Thomas Subaru Hyundai. I have recommended them to everyone I know. More

Service was excellent. I was not scheduled but they were able to take me anyway. I returned earlier than I thought I would but my car was ready. Thomas is great to work with. We brought our 2011 Subaru Outback in for its first oil change (3750 miles). We received a letter from Thomas giving us a free first oil change which was very much appreciated. The work was done promptly and the staff I came in contact with (service rep, service manager and parts rep) were very courteous and friendly. We recently traded in our 2008 Subaru Tribeca due to an oil consumption problem and throughout that entire ordeal, the Thomas Subaru staff did everything possible to solve the problem. Subaru finally offered us compensation for our troubles, and with a more-than-fair trade-in value from Thoams, we were able to purchase the Outback. More

Two years ago, I purchased a used 2008 Tuscan and was very happy knowledgeable, courteous and always available to answer all questions and concerns. Two years ago, I purchased a used 2008 Tuscan and was very happy with the quality and performance of that vehicle. When I took the vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, I looked at the new models and ended up with a new 2011 Tuscan in my garage! I would highly recommend this vehicle. More
