I came after closing hours when a deal fell through on me(at the time I was so upset and didn’t understand why) and as soon as we met with Mrs.Tina and I got to see the car that I ended up buying, I knew this was where I was meant to be! I feel like every place has that mom in the office and that is definitely Mrs.Tina. She knew I was young and a first time car buyer and never took advantage of that. She knew I wanted everything explained to me in full detail maybe more than once 😉 Chad was awesome as well, those two are an awesome team and made everything happen quick and easy for me. Every car that I looked at was super clean & most vehicles you would never had known would have ever been a used vehicle! I ended up with a 2014 Mustang and most people I showed assumed it was a 17 or 18 and couldn’t believe how immaculate it was. One of the best parts for me was their LIFETIME warranty on every vehicle. If anything ever goes wrong, for example if I had a $100 part I only pay $50 and they pay the other $50, you can’t beat that! I know this is super long but honestly if you’re in the market for a new vehicle, definitely check this place out! I feel like I’ve known these people forever & I will for sure be sending friends & family & when I’m ready for something else I’ll be back! He even took his time to show me a vehicle that would help my growing family that would fit us! Car Shopping on a Whole New Level I've bought at least a dozen vehicles in my lifetime, some new, some used. And I've also NOT bought dozens of vehicles through the years because of the total turn offs of lots of car dealerships. Pushy sales people. Overpriced inventory. False advertising and flat out lies. This time before shopping for the truck we wanted, we started shopping for good dealerships. These days I read reviews for everything we spend money on. From vacation spots all the way down to steak knives. Boy am I glad I did. It's almost hard to describe the atmosphere at Tillman Auto on Beach Blvd. The people there are friendly and do not pressure you in any way. The owners are honest and really keep their promises if you need help after the sale. My husband and I bought a really nice Ford F-150 and could not be happier. No other dealership could touch the price and by the time we left, we almost felt like we were part of their family. The owner himself handled our sale and put our tag on. Where else can you go to get that kind of personal service from the OWNER? I don't usually write reviews unless I have a really, really bad experience. This time I just had to share what a really great experience we had at Tillman Auto on Beach Blvd. Read their reviews & trust that they are everything they claim to be. We will definitely be back when our son is ready for his first car. More
