I had my vehicle for 3 weeks and a warning light would not turn off. Scheduled an appointment with service department when I arrived my appointment could not be found in the system. Returned to dealership not turn off. Scheduled an appointment with service department when I arrived my appointment could not be found in the system. Returned to dealership on Monday to speak with the manager. Was told they needed my car for 72 hours to recalibrate the sensor. Getting a courtesy car to get to work was a mission. I was told there weren't any available. Day 5 now and my car still isn't ready for pick up. Was discussing this issue at the beauty salon and was told my many former customers of Tim Moran that this is typical service. This was my second vehicle purchased with them. I will NOT be purchasing any future vehicles with them. I advise anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to drive a little further for a better selection and MUCH better service. Disappointed, frustrated, and angry do not even begin to touch on what I am feeling. More

We had a great test drive, and when we returned to the dealership, we were met with Daniel, the sales manager. Francisco stepped away briefly to grab something, which left us with Daniel. My wife and I did an additional exterior inspection while Daniel stood there hovering over us, when my wife found several dings on the car, one of which was particularly bad on the passenger side door. What came off as overly aggressive, Daniel piped up and informed us all my those dings were included when pricing the car, and "that's why it's so cheap compared to other listings." I was annoyed by the comment but chose to ignore it. As we continued to look, I was poking at that particularly egregious ding, Daniel once again chimed in and said, and I quote, "stop scratching at that, I'd rather have that than scratches from your fingernails." I informed him I wasn't, and just kind of looked at him in disbelief for a second before standing up and saying we were no longer interested in the car. His only response was "okay! Thanks for coming folks" then waddled off. Admittedly, under normal circumstances, I would have just assumed I was being overly sensitive about the situation, but thankfully my wife agreed Daniel was oddly hostile toward us, and it was unsettling. As we're about 15 minutes from the dealership, we get a call from Francisco, confused as to why we left because all Daniel told him was "we got up and left." We explained the situation, and Francisco asked if we would return. I told him only under the condition we do not see or interact with Daniel. He agreed and we returned. After that, things went smooth. Francisco continued to be great, and the rest of the staff was nice and polite. The only thing I will say is we were forced to lay $450 for "gps" because "the company did the work and they want to get paid. (It's a trade in, the work was already done, how does that make sense? Typical dealership scam.) Luckily for them we loved the car so we caved. Additionally when negotiating the APR, I told them I wanted a lower rate and they told me no. But coincidentally after I got approved for a lower APR with my bank, they were all of a sudden able to match it. I opted not to go with them at that point but its still typical scummy dealership behavior. I don't think I'd ever return to purchase with this dealership. Staff was largely fine though. Big shout out to Francisco for saving the sale despite his manager's best efforts. More
