BEWARE - LOOK AT YOUR FINANCE CONTRACTS! Fraudulently Included OPTIONAL Items that were NOT DISCLOSED and NOT APPROVED into the finance contract. Freddy (finance) will have you sign/initial Fraudulently Included OPTIONAL Items that were NOT DISCLOSED and NOT APPROVED into the finance contract. Freddy (finance) will have you sign/initial all documents & finance agreement on a tablet, never showing any paperwork or numbers along the way. He showed us paperwork for an OPTIONAL 10 year Extended Warranty for about $2500, which we DECLINED. He never asked if we wanted an OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL Swatt Security feature for $329 and an OPPTIONAL ADDITIONAL Paint Protection for $121 - totaling $450, yet he secretly INCLUDED the ADDITIONAL $450 of OPTIONAL items in the financing. He gave us a USB stick with "all the documents on it" and no paperwork at all. When we opened the documents on the USB stick on our home computer, we saw the additional fraudulent charges of $450. We promptly alerted Freddy and demanded a refund, and Freddy said the Sales guy Tim or Manager Rahuel should have discussed those with us - NOPE! We spoke to Manager Rahuel, who said Freddy should have gone over those with us - NOPE! Manager said $450 refund would be sent in 5-8 business days, but then he complicated by sending the refund directly to the finance company. Glad we ultimately received the refund of the unauthorized charges. It is unfortunate that Tim Moran Hyundai turned a purchase into a fraudulent transaction. We contacted the Better Business Bureau, Dept of Consumer Affairs, and will post reviews to alert the public, as we have a feeling we are not the first people they used this deceptive business tactics on. PLEASE HAVE THEM SHOW YOU ALL CHARGES THEY INCLUDE IN THE FINANCIAL PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU SIGN ON THE TABLET. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THEM, LOOK AT YOUR FINANCE CONTRACT TO SEE IF YOUR CONTRACT INCLUDED UNAPPROVED OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL CHARGES. More
