Exceptional customer service. Went in for service on my 2013 Elantra. Was approached by Marlene for a chat about what I would be looking for in an upgraded vehicle. I let her know what I would like to have. She came and sat with me and chatted about my circumstances. Then showed me the 2025 transmission Grey Elantra. She went to work ended up...a few hous later, driving it home. Very glad I met her. No high pressure sales talk, no "what would it take..." just " let's see what we can do". Woman to woman. So glad I met her. She is an awesome salesperson.
