Life is busy, I don’t have time to spend several hours inside a dealership, negotiating, Then waiting for everything to get lined up, signed documents, etc., etc. That is why I was happily surprised when I was able to conduct all negotiations via text. I was able to communicate my needs and what I was Willing to pay for that. Ethan helped facilitate my purchasing Process. I texted for several days with him when it was convenient for me. He was fantastic. Five stars for sure. Once we agreed on a price and a time for delivery I showed up signed papers, swapped car seats and within 30 minutes I was in my new car. On a side note, shout out to Harry in finance. He was fantastic! No high-pressure aftermarket warranty pushing… Straight shooter! When my lease is up, I definitely will be back!
