Overall visit went well, however, I feel that having to wait two hours for my truck to be serviced (all routine) even though I had an 11am appointment was a bit excessive. Having driven in from Denver, NC wait two hours for my truck to be serviced (all routine) even though I had an 11am appointment was a bit excessive. Having driven in from Denver, NC leaving my vehicle there for the service wasn’t an option. It was actually after 1pm when I left the dealership. The facility and staff friendliness earned my 4 star rating. I have to evaluate whether or not I will visit the Tindol Quick Lane for service in the future due to the amount of time I have to devote to driving over an hour round trip and having to wait two hours for the work the be completed. More
