I needed an oil change and a couple of things that were needed to be checked on my Alfa Romeo Veloce Stelvio and Azalea was the representative who assisted me in getting my Stelvio serviced. Azalea is very helpful, kept me updated, she’s very cheerful and overall great personality! Even though Brian Eckert, Fixed Operations Director is behind the scene I know Brian did what he did to make sure that everything in my Stelvio is in good working condition. Brian is the same great guy since the day we met him in year 2020. He’s always available whenever we needed to talk to him. Brian is about integrity and accountability and the reason why I always give a high recommendation for his Service Department team and one of the reasons why we will continue leasing from the dealership.
