I brought my 2021 rogue in yesterday due to a check engine light. Revived a text in 2 hours with the problem. A new battery was installed they the warranty which they installed a year ago also service engine light. Revived a text in 2 hours with the problem. A new battery was installed they the warranty which they installed a year ago also service the transmission and oil change through our perk when we bought the car. My experience at Todd Nissan was excellent. I brought my Wife's Nissan Murano in which I thought had a Transmission issue (costly $$$) and I was getting ready to hear "You need a new Transmissi I brought my Wife's Nissan Murano in which I thought had a Transmission issue (costly $$$) and I was getting ready to hear "You need a new Transmission". After speaking to Dan in the service department when dropping my car off they "quickly" did a scan on the car and it came up with no transmission code errors. I was surprised because all signs pointed to transmission issue before bringing it in. I was called 1 day later with an explanation it was only an alternator problem not a transmission problem (way less costly $$$) I was absolutely relieved. Dan explained exactly what was going on and said he would have it ready by Monday, (It was Friday). This is what I call and HONEST dealership with honest people like Dan and the mechanic who worked on the car. Let me say that again "HONEST". That's all anyone wants when dropping off their car. I would like to thank Dan and the mechanic and the service department for their help and honesty. Moving forward my Wife's Nissan Murano will now only visit Dan and his service department moving forward for everything right down to oil changes. Let me also be very clear, Dan or anyone at the dealership DID NOT asked me to say what I said above I am giving you a straight up opinion of my experience. It one thing to take your car to a dealership and it's another thing to take your car to an HONEST Dealership. Great dealership. Ive been coming for a few years now and I just had my car serviced on monday. Anyway we went over ot amd I got a loaner and was out the door with in 10 minutes. Dan and Joe fron the serviced e department are great to work with. Laid back and are definitely out to help all customers. I highly recommend these guys. I refuse to take my car to any other dealership or local garage. I trust this dealership and you should, too. Service center sucks. Nothing but problems. Brought car in for a oil related problem. Car was under warranty. They told me it was fine. Oil level was ok. It was not. Mecha Nothing but problems. Mechanic must have leaned on and accidentally broke a brake module glued it and put a piece of electrical tape on it as a fix and sent my wife and child back in the car. A week later i was backing down the driveway and no brakes. Luckily my wife and 8 year old were not in the car. I brought the car back and they played it off like it was no big deal. I ended up finding the part on Amazon brought it to them then they told me i had to come back because it was 3:30 and it was to late to install. It was one screw and took me less than a minute to install in their driveway. Oil light came on again a few months later again. I drained the oil and 1 quart came out. I brought it back and told them it was the turbo. They topped off oil again and told me to bring it back "In awhile". Car is only driven a couple of miles a day. A few months later oil is down again. I bring it back. Now they tell me it's the turbo and it needs to be replaced but the $3500 dollar service contract i purchased from them is now expired. Thanks a##$22!!!'s worst mechanics, worst service department ever.Quinn is a f in Dick. Rude A$$h@l3. I hate this place. Don't ever trust these people with your car. More
