The service team helps with my fleet of 12 vehicles. All Fords. Escapes and Explorers. They do the preventive maintenance and handle any other issues there might be. We have purchased three vehicles at Boland. Service has always been good. Only complaint on our last visit was the service writer. I told him the problem and made an appointment to fix it. Inst Service has always been good. Only complaint on our last visit was the service writer. I told him the problem and made an appointment to fix it. Instead of fixing it, they diagnosed it and said I needed to make another appointment to fix it. Also, he was somewhat condescending toward us when he told us the price to fix it. I reminded him we had an extended warranty that would cover it. He said he didn’t think it would and hadn’t even checked. He ended up checking and it was covered. So I had to make another appointment and bring it back. He really doesn’t have a good bedside manner, and I would prefer to not deal with him again. More
I was very impressed on how Mike Wisdom really worked hard with us to get us into our new Ford Edge.
