After 3 vehicles I’ve called it quits with Gibbs Chevy. Always trying to charge you for items and service you don’t need. Signed up for autobutler another waste, half the time the inside wasn’t done and the mgr said I have to remind them, just another way to screw the customer. The last straw came with our 2021 trailblazer. 2000 miles we brought it in twice before they put a new battery in it. 2yeard later same thing, had it towed in they couldn’t find anything and the battery was strong. Two days later car wouldn’t start again everything is good but we charged to charge the battery. Well I brought it to a reputable dealer and they found the problem. I wrote Tom Gibbs a letter about my frustration and I guess he was too busy or like the rest of corporation, nobody gives a darn. Stay away at all cost from Tom Gibbs Chevy, the absolute worst. More
Can’t seem to get my daughters trucks fixed. Brand new, in the shop more than in her possession. After months of returning, they finally said they could not fix it and then she had a problem get Brand new, in the shop more than in her possession. After months of returning, they finally said they could not fix it and then she had a problem getting it replaced because they don’t think the lemon law is real. Now she’s got a brand new replacement truck and she’s going through the same crap does anyone there know how to work on vehicles. Or is it just a Chevy truck problem? Maybe FORD is the next move! I had my 2017 2500 HD Duramax serviced last week while it was there for 5 days waiting for parts and labor to be completed my service advisor was Zach Desruisseau. He kept me up todate on the progress on my truck with great curtesy and professionalism, even when I called to check on the progress he always knew the status without having to go ask somebody. I was very pleased with his customer service and the next time i need service i will sure ask for him. I must say that kind of personnel service is hard to come by theses day but not with zach. More

Today, I visited with my dealership for the Auto Butler Service for one of vehicles purchased here. Don't get your car Serviced here!!! Brought it in for Diagnostics because Air Conditioner wasn't working. Told me it was the Shrader Valve. Charged me $344. Then came back out after they put that in and Diagnostics because Air Conditioner wasn't working. Told me it was the Shrader Valve. Charged me $344. Then came back out after they put that in and said it was the compressor. Of course it was the compressor, if you turned the car on, you could hear that it didn't come on. The service guy not mentioning names said well why didn't you tell me that, it would have been nice. Are you kidding me, they are suppose to be the professionals and brought it there to get diagnosed. Then had the nerve to say that whoever looked at the car to see if there was anti freeze, broke the valve. NO THEY DIDN'T. He also told me there was no anti freeze in the car. Also, a lie. The car when put on the meter had enough. So, I was charged 166 dollars because he gave me a discount. Imagine that, gave me a discount for something I never needed. I should of had them take the xxxx valve out and put the old one back in. Well, just so you know, I just got back from another dealer. The whole job cost 460, they gave me a quote of $950. What is the problem at this place. I will never go back. Also, an older lady was sitting in the waiting area there for a certain problem with her car. One of the service guys comes out and tells her that the problem that she came in for was okay, but that she needed over 700 in tires. Well, the poor lady didn't have anyone their with her, and was just forced into saying yes. I told her to tell them that you need to speak to your son first, and not to have it done today. Let your son make that decision with you. Well, thank god she did tell them not to do it. Her tires didn't even need changing yet. They should be ashamed of themselves doing this to people.
