worst service ever Took truck to them 4 times in 6 months to fix the transmission. Each time they blamed something else as the reason for it tearing up. Customer service was horrible. $6.5k to fix a Chevy transmission, after 4 tries. Hopefully they got it right this time, but past action predicts future results....i doubt it. Definitely wouldnt take my truck back. More

After waiting two hours, I asked about the progress of my work. Service rep, Gibbs, Jr. replied with an exasperated sigh and, "I don't know.. they're working on it." I drove over 100 miles 1-way to try Tom Gibbs service, to fix a problem with tires/TMPS and to get an oil change. Took my wife along. While there every service manager said hello and asked how they could help. I had an appt with them and they did not make me wait;they started working on my truck immediately. I met the Service manager, Tom, and he was very helpful with pricing and obtaining new TMPS. He was like a friend helping me. Anyway, the price was very good on services (much less than my local dealer)the waiting area was comfortable with plenty of magazines, a nice TV, and I think the internet. I have spoken several times with Tom Gibbs and found he and his staff to be friendly, kind and honest. They are not pushy sales people and the experience was pleasant. This is the best Chevrolet Dealer I have used and I have been using Chevrolet and GM dealers for over 20 years in FL, VA, & TN.... TOM GIBBS is the best Chevrolet Dealer! More
