Previous service was focused on providing the precise diagnostic services to identify the root cause of the issues and remedy them effectively. Unfortunately, this time the service was focused on custom diagnostic services to identify the root cause of the issues and remedy them effectively. Unfortunately, this time the service was focused on customer priority, which apparently I didn’t have even though I was a repeat customer and one who had scheduled an appointment. I was asked twice to leave my vehicle an extra day beyond the scheduled appointment because they couldn’t get to my vehicle. Unacceptable. More
