I needed a dent in the door of my Rav4 repaired. Rob gave me two options and explained each one. He was able to do the repair the same day and kept me informed of the status while I waited. Service today was especially good. I have been using this dealer since I purchased my Toyota. Earlier experiences (last year) actually left something to be desired. I had service last week (Jan 20) an this dealer since I purchased my Toyota. Earlier experiences (last year) actually left something to be desired. I had service last week (Jan 20) and was pleased. Today, however the service rep walked my around the car to inspect it prior to service. This was the first time I have had that experience in 4-5 years I have used this company. I was surprised and pleased to see improvement. More

Stay away from Gino and the service dept. where he "operates." His sales antics are condoned and the customer be damned. I learned a costly lesson and will NEVER go back. New digs doesn't make it better. It just makes the dealership more ruthless and hungry to make a buck any way it can. More
I bought 2 cars from there and also have service performed on both vehicles there. I would rather have technicians trained to work on my vehicles than non qualified individuals like some of the chai performed on both vehicles there.
