Friendly service; nice shuttle service. But beware the pricing. When I called for a price on a basic oil change I was given a price and then it was $20 more due to ‘disposal fees’ and such. Not cool. Terrible Experience Incredibly disappointed in the customer service.Drove over a hour for a scheduled appointment to be told all their technicians would be leaving in the Incredibly disappointed in the customer service.Drove over a hour for a scheduled appointment to be told all their technicians would be leaving in the next 30mins (arrived at 4:20) but insisted I let them diagnosis the vehicle for $150 although they couldn't fix anything. Great I actually stopped in to have my car serviced and just simply asked a question about my lease agreement... after talking to a few people about my opti I actually stopped in to have my car serviced and just simply asked a question about my lease agreement... after talking to a few people about my options, I walked out of there with a brand new car! Did I mention they were able to wipe away my last few payments remaining on my lease, save me $130 a month on new lease agreement, gave me 2 years of FREE oil changes and I didn’t put ANY money down!
