Zach was very friendly and helpful. It was the first time to the dealership for my wife and I, and we needed to find out why the check-engine light on our dashboard was on. He was very efficient in writing up our concern, and then welcomed us to free coffee and snacks while we waited in the customer lounge. The diagnosis by the technician was fast, and then Zach explained the problem to us in very easy to understand terms. It was a problem with spark plug wires and a MAF sensor. He explained repair options, and then, with no pressure, let us make the decision on what to do next. He was very professional in all respects, and treated us like VIPs. We are very happy with Tony Volkswagon's Service Department, and especially Zach for his friendly, courteous help. We will be looking forward to return to have the work done by Tony Volkswagon as soon as our busy work schedules permit.
