Dealing via phone calls and emails, Mike helped the process to provide the necessary information to obtain pre-approval prior to flying to the Henderson, Nevada dealership to complete our purchase. Mike’s diligent efforts and knowledge answered all our questions, responded in a timely manner, and worked to get our purchase offer line with what we wanted. After arriving at the dealership, Mike kept us informed as the transaction paperwork was completed. The vehicle was as promised.
