My Review Of Towbin Dodge:
Heading into Towbin Dodge I was ready to deal with the regular car dealership show and dance, that being show you the cars you can't afford and dance around looking at the car you came to see. Perhaps it was because my original point of contact was through their online division, but to my surprise this didn't happen. My salesperson, Alicia Walker, brought me the exact car I wanted to look at right off the bat, a used 2011 Mazda 3 with 33000 miles. The vehicle's condition was anything but brand new, there were minor scratches, interior damage, and a broken rear door handle. However, the car overall was worth the buy and a lot nicer than the other manuals I had taken a look at if set at the right price. After taking a test drive with Alicia, we went through the process of seeing what financing with the dealership would look like. Throughout my whole time there, Alicia Walker exhibited great customer service skills and truly acted like she wanted to get me in the car without hiking up the price. They were willing to negotiate, Alicia gave me a ride from my home so that I could come pick up the car, and the door handle was fixed same day. All in all, I would buy another car from Towbin Dodge, and especially from Alicia Walker.
