I expect the upmost concern, respect, and diligence when bringing my car to the dealership for service. I was called to come pick up my vehicle that the service was completed. When I arrived I waited an additional 14 minutes for the vehicle to be delivered. When it was delivered Dani explained she just had to wash the car because it wasn’t done and the interior was not vacuumed out but if I wanted to I could come back to have that done at a later time. I questioned the bill not understanding why labor was $15 for the rear wiper yet only five dollars for the front to wipers it didn’t make sense and Danny’s explanation was the system automatically generates the amounts she did not know why. When I attempted to leave the premises to take my car home I noticed My car had motor oil dropped in the interior of my console and cup holder area . I immediately parked my car and went back to Dani to show her what happened. She apologized. I do not know where the oil was spilled in my interior I’m just concerned since it’s a light colored interior maybe the oil won’t show for a while I just bought this car less than two months ago and your service person left motor oil in my car really unprofessional further it was really unprofessional to deliver a dirty car back to me when I’m paying for a Toyota dealership for A+ service I mean even Wallmart vacuums the interior of your car. Lastly the only thing positive I can say is that Dani did a really good job explaining to me the service requirements so well that I didn’t even understand the last time I brought it in for service at your location I did not receive an oil change I thought I had apparently it’s only needed every 10,000 miles thank you to Dani for explaining the needs of my service being that it’s my second service visit as a new Toyota Prius owner. At this point I’ve received so many different explanations I’m not sure what to believe and this is the Toyota dealership so I would expect somebody to call back and explain to me otherwise I might have to look for service elsewhere and let Toyota corporate know what type of service center this particular location is running. More
Was looking for a specified Tacoma that I was having trouble finding. I called Bellingham Toyota and spoke with Beckie. Within an hour she had done some wheeling and dealing and Found what I was looking for and secured it for me.
