I bought my current Prius elsewhere so have no experience with the sales department under the new ownership. Was unhappy the the online scheduling. I had added in the comment section that my car needed r with the sales department under the new ownership. Was unhappy the the online scheduling. I had added in the comment section that my car needed recall service. Apparently no one reads that section so I have another appointment for that work. I was not happy about that as am avoiding trips due to covid. Daniel couldn’t help that and was nice. The two women I talked to in the shop were friendly and helpful. If they would like service customers to use the online system that needs work. The opportunity to win an iPad lured me in but I wish I had called. There are no specifics about the drawing and the women in the shop knew nothing about it. Is it one in the US? Per 10,000 customers? Year? More

I arrived to the dealership and was welcomed immediately! Went to my sales woman's desk where she offered me coffee and water.
