Excellent communication and honesty from Daniel (service tech. representative). Check engine light kept coming on after a recent oil change and valve cleaning. Lousy service!!! As a result of this dealership servicing my Tacoma for its scheduled service ice under warranty, the mechanic did not tighten a bolt under the truck which led to bringing it in to have it ch my Tacoma for its scheduled service ice under warranty, the mechanic did not tighten a bolt under the truck which led to bringing it in to have it checked. They did find the issue and I had to spend two hours of my time waiting for them to fix their own poor service job the first time. No apology was made for wasting my time I will be taking my for further servicing to Burlington Toyota. They certainly can't do any worse! I will also be contacting Toyota direct to lodge a complaint on Monday. More
