I was very pleased with the service. I bought a brand new vehicle and was in and out in less than two hours which was awesome. Excellent communication and honesty from Daniel (service tech. representative). Check engine light kept coming on after a recent oil change and valve cleaning. Lousy service!!! As a result of this dealership servicing my Tacoma for its scheduled service ice under warranty, the mechanic did not tighten a bolt under the truck which led to bringing it in to have it ch my Tacoma for its scheduled service ice under warranty, the mechanic did not tighten a bolt under the truck which led to bringing it in to have it checked. They did find the issue and I had to spend two hours of my time waiting for them to fix their own poor service job the first time. No apology was made for wasting my time I will be taking my for further servicing to Burlington Toyota. They certainly can't do any worse! I will also be contacting Toyota direct to lodge a complaint on Monday. More
