I needed a car ASAP, and the sales staff came through with a fine Hybrid Camry at a fair price. Staff was careful about wearing mask 😷 and cleaning surfaces. At appointment staff was friendly and helpful. Had a question before my appointment and was not able to get through by phone. Stayed on hold 20 minutes and gave up. Then filled out request to get a call via online appointment form, but didn’t get a call. With tire rotation part think there’s a setting on car computer that needs to happen after driving a number of miles. Wish they reminded me of that upon pick up because tire pressure warning message on way home was a little alarming. My husband handled when I got home. Thanks for the Toyota Care. Not a very friendly experience. I regret coming back a second time. Going to use a different Toyota dealer in the future. First time I went, I had a guy tell me Toyota doesn’t do drive up oil changes and second time. Going to use a different Toyota dealer in the future.
