HOT AS HECK! Ive always had a good experience from the service department untill today. Phone estimate changed upon arrival Phoned to get an estimate for mounting & balancing 4 new tires; $80.00 When we arrived, our appointment had 'disappeared' and the cost was $195.00; w Phoned to get an estimate for mounting & balancing 4 new tires; $80.00 When we arrived, our appointment had 'disappeared' and the cost was $195.00; we did not want to shop around again and said ok; they reduced it to $171.00 but still not close to cost over the phone...was told that cost was only if we purchased the tires there, yet no mention over the phone, in fact, if we had purchased the tires there, we would not have been phoning for a cost in the first place, as that would have been in place with the tire order. Maria in sales needs to learn to share the initial info she learns from a client with the second point person that way customers do not have to repeat themselves from salesperson to salesperson and no extra time needs to be wasted. Drew was very helpful and patient in sales, though most of the time I felt as if he was not actually interested in helping me get a new car suited to my needs and comparable to my old car and although I appreciated not being made to feel rushed in the sale, there were a lot of moments when Drew left us at his desk for quite an inordinate amount of time. Entire sale took about 4 hours, which seems rather ridiculous to me. More

Bad service Made an appointment for an oil service for a Saturday morning at 11:30. Upon arrival I was advised that it would take around two and a half hours for Made an appointment for an oil service for a Saturday morning at 11:30. Upon arrival I was advised that it would take around two and a half hours for the service as the dealership was busy. I told the adviser that I had made an appointment but it did not matter. I left without the service. I don't know what the point of making an appointment is as they could not honor their commitment. I went to Firestone in Cathedral City and couldn't be happier. More
Toyota Care sent Pride Towing and Recovery of Irvine (Lupe) Toyota Care sent an incompetent technician to start my Highlander 2014 in my garage. 1-27-16 He totally disabled the SUV. Fried the fuses and killed Toyota Care sent an incompetent technician to start my Highlander 2014 in my garage. 1-27-16 He totally disabled the SUV. Fried the fuses and killed the battery. I called AAA and they towed it into Toyota of the Desert in Cathedral City, CA. Adrian Meza, Service Consultant was very understanding and caring. They repaired my SUV and I paid $360 as the damage was not under warranty. I understood this and paid. Then submitted a claim to Toyota Care for repayment. At first the third party denied my claim but after speaking to the supervisor it was honored and I have been repaid. All Happy Now, thank you Adrian Meza! Brenda More

Upon arriving I was advised that I would have to wait at least two and a half hours for said service as "They were backed up". I left. What's the point of making an appointment if they don't honor it. Total waste of time. Guess I'll try Firestone. I hear they honor their commitments. More
