Kue Vang was very receptive and explained in detail the work that would be done. I clearly, however, specified that my brand new tires were not to be touched in any way. The tires were only two days old an work that would be done. I clearly, however, specified that my brand new tires were not to be touched in any way. The tires were only two days old and were at a psi of 38 pounds. That’s exactly what I wanted. Upon receiving my car from service, it was written that my psi was now 36 pounds. I do not understand what “do not touch my tires means,” I wanted nothing changed. My request was ignored. I find that fascinating and disrespectful. Kue Vang listened but clearly didn’t convey the message to the service people working on my car. Communication is key and needs to be explained from one worker to another. More
