But I’m hoping everything will stay good. I’ve been taking my 1999 Camry for service to this dealership for 20 years now. For the last 15 years (maybe more) I’ve been going to Service Advisor Darryl Beck, since the last advisor I had before Darryl Beck didn’t seem to be good- like writing up a work item that my car did not need, and cost me some money! I trusted Darryl Beck to write up work order only for items my car needed. Now that Darryl Beck has another assignment, Joe Rodriguez happened to be the service advisor available when I pulled my car up to the service line. I made Joe Rodriguez aware that my service advisor has been Darryl Beck and I trusted him. And that I expect the same (trustworthiness) from the next service advisor. So far (one week from date of service), the car has been running good. More
