My Review of Toyota World Of Lakewood:
This dealership is the slimiest, most unethical lying sacks of dirt I have ever come across. The GM of sales is an arrogant creep who gets his salesman to lie to their patrons. I was PROMISED, YES PROMISED, the next 2004 Toyota Prius. He tols me it was going to be in two weeks and it is mine if I want it. I proceeded to to pay off my other car and got preapproved for the full amount. The car came in and when I went to get it, it was sold under my nose. Apparently they are collecting 'deposits' from people, and whoever leaves the BIGGEST deposit seems to get it. FUrther investigation showed it wasnt a deposit, but payola. They are treating people on this list like idiots, telling EVERYONE the next car is theirs. Whoever can rush fastest gets it. Toyota corporation now knows the whole story and are very interested in the slimy actions of the GENERAL SALES MANAGER OF TOYOTA (Under) WORLD of LAKEWOOD, NJ.
