This is the twelfth new car I have purchased or leased in my lifetime. It was almost a surreal experience. I've had three other Mazdas, so it was just a matter of which dealer. I found other good Lester Glenn reviews on Dealerrater, so I gave them a call and it was a ridiculously good experience. I kept telling Dave and Nick that I was waiting for "the other shoe to fall" because everything seemed too good to be true. The monthly payment for the same car/same specs/same lease length/same money down at LG was over $100 less than what other dealers were quoting-- seriously: over $100 difference monthly! And they delivered the car to me --over 100 miles one way. I can't recommend them highly enough and I'm ashamed of myself that it took me this long to write this review; I've had the car for a year now. No problems whatsoever. Thanks, Guys! Great job! I'll see you in 27 months...

My experience in purchasing a Mazda CX-9 was seamless. I was quoted a price and given all the information I needed up front. The three gentleman I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and very honest. They got me in and out quickly and made my buying experience a pleasant one. The internet sales group responded to my inquiry almost right away. Each person we talked with displayed extreme professionalism and were very courteous. Our car buying experience at Lester Glenn has been the easiest car buying experience we have had. My wife enjoyed ringing the "bell".

Our sales person was professional, knowledgeable and low-key. He gave us plenty of time to decide on the car we purchased. Negotiated price was "good" in our minds; we naturally would have liked a lower price. Haggling was limited and not stressful. Manager introduced himself and was friendly. Financial officer was professional, too, and we were able to drive off with a beautiful new car in just a few hours.

It was a very friendly experience shopping in Lester Glenn Mazda. I would like to personally thank Tim Scott,Ed Smuda and Dave Shaprio for making me comfortable thru the entire process of leasing a new 2014 Mazda 6. I have been to several mazda and hyundai dealerships in and around NJ and would honestly say that your staff has exceeded my expectations than other dealers.

Thank you to John Perillo Jr and the team at Lester Glenn Mazda who made myself and my son Michael's purchase of our car and truck so enjoyable from start to finish. Lee, Tim and Dave did an awesome job helping us through the entire process. My son with the purchase of his Chevy truck is so thrilled and I just love my Mazda CX5 so very much!! Everyone was very friendly. Salesman was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful during the whole process.
We took a test drive and he explained most, if not all of the features the car had. We were called today to pick up our
tags and when we arrived we were greeted by our salesman and he promptly went outside and installed our tags.
I would recommend any Lester Glenn dealership. I visited a few of them trying to decide what vehicle I liked best.
But, the Mazda Dealership is the one I finally decided on..and I have no regrets!

Salesperson friendly, responsive to questions, flexible for arrangements to pick up vehicle. Dealership participation in Costco Auto Program a plus which allowed for clarity in purchase of vehicle.
