He spent much time searching other dealerships and found me the exact car I had hoped for - a sterling silver Scion iA. I am not into the dynamics of negotiating for a "good deal" but Jim made the process painless. I am happy that we came to an agreement that was fair to both of us. When we arrived we were greeted by Chris Purdie. I explained our situation and that I was still suffering from a concussion. He treated us with such compassion and kindness. He wasn't your typical car salesman. He was easy to deal with and made us feel comfortable. Buying a car is stressful. It's a very expensive necessity. But Chris actually made the experience enjoyable. From the test drive to the final paperwork, he was great!
