Cadillacs have always been my vehicle of choice because of their reliability, safety and comfort, so my replacement vehicle must have the same qualities. I am recently widowed, I needed a new car and it is time to start fresh. Chris was very patient and informative on my first visit and introduced me to the Toyota Avalon ! I was very surprised with the size, the comfort and the numerous features. Although I did not make a decision that night and I told Chris I had to look at more cars, I was impressed with his no pressure, non intimidating approach. His attitude became my barometer with other dealers. Fast forward to a week later and the fact that I am now the proud owner of a Toyota Avalon, I credit Chris's friendly and compassionate approach, and of course Brandon's "money acumen", with putting me in a great car.
