This truck was not only just what I was looking for, it was super clean and in great shape From the first call i received to the guy who just put my plates on, everyone was extremely professional and helpful. Xavier Lyles met me at the door was a pleasure to work with the entire time. After showing me the truck and offering me a test drive I was in, I was in love with this truck. I was not in love with the idea of the purchase process. I'd come to find it was going to be super easy. Xavier was very helpful explaining and walking me through the process. I even had a good time in the business office. After a pleasant afternoon at Toyota World, I drove away in my new 'to me' and favourite vehicle to date. He showed us to the Java coffee machine which my daughter and I were so excited to be able to get a hot chocolate and a French Vanilla coffee. Bob worked so hard to show us the Corolla vs the RAV 4. Bob said he would work with us which he did. As they say you get the best for the money and we sure did. I am very excited to be leasing a Red RAV 4 2014. Dean the manager, Bill and almost everyone asked me if I wanted Coffee, Soda, Water. It was a great deal and I went into finance with David the finance guy and it was a awesome and quick experiance. When I told Doc the referall how well I was treated he said "That is why I send my customers to Bill and no one else" In closing the coffee was so good I cant wait for my reg to get back so I can have some more coffee. Great experience I went in to check out cars (my lease was up on my Sentra) and had the pleasure of dealing with Ian Hanlon. I ended up driving a new Camry out that s I went in to check out cars (my lease was up on my Sentra) and had the pleasure of dealing with Ian Hanlon. I ended up driving a new Camry out that same night, was not planning on doing that. He kept my monthly payments the same and I put down less than I had on the Sentra. He was knowledgeable and personable and I feel like I got a good deal, I think I did. I have been nervous going there by myself but Ian made me feel right at ease. Best part is, I love my Camry. He even got the horrible stripes removed from the body for me (I hated them). More
