Everything about this dealership was top notch. My salesman, Samuel Johnson, has a wonderful persona. He was able to be even, knowledgable, friendly and worked hard to get me what I wanted. I looked online and found an FJ I was Intrested in and come to find out it was at a Dealership up in north Jersey..I was dissapointed that it was way up north. They said that it was no problem that thay w come to find out it was at a Dealership up in north Jersey..I was dissapointed that it was way up north. They said that it was no problem that thay would have it delivered down here for me to look at it ,,,they said they will call when it would be there and it was two and a half hours a way.. two hours later it was there and it was just what i was looking for..Samuel could not made me feel more relaxed and at ease ..He helped me get the payments where I wanted them to be..and now Im a proud owner of an FJ Cruiser...Thanks to Samuel.... Leased a 2013 Prius Plug In here and the entire experience was seamless from beginning to end. Duron Clayton showed us a few different options, and took us on test drives but in the end, the Prius experience was seamless from beginning to end. Duron Clayton showed us a few different options, and took us on test drives but in the end, the Prius was the best option for us considering my husband's commute to work every day. He has been driving the Prius for about a week now and is already saving a ton of gas. Duron was very helpful in explaining how to use the car and the different features. When it was time to crunch numbers, the manager, Cary Rose sat down with us and worked to get us the best deal possible at a price we could afford. We also traded in our old Mitsubishi and he gave us a trade in value that was beyond fair. At the end, we met with Anthony in finance and he made the application process easy and pleasant. All in all, I can definitely recommend Toyota of Lakewood for leasing a car. They were professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to go there again for my next Toyota. More
