Super knowledgeable, personable, professional, he went over all the recommended services with me patiently, went through breakdown of pricing, reasons behind each service, allowed me to make decisions without feeling rushed or pushed even though they're clearly busy. Total service took about 5 hours, fast for all the major services done on my car. He's the best advisor I have ever encountered, Ive since told my whole family about how much he's helped me today, and everyone wants to go to him for their next service. Thank you so much Rico, for your professionalism, expertise, customer service, and great interpersonal communication skills. Your experience in this industry clearly shines through. My experience at this location was very disappointed. I received a very poor service from the sales manager. Although I purchased a 45 thousand dollar vehicle, he showed a very arrogant attitude. Not eve I received a very poor service from the sales manager. Although I purchased a 45 thousand dollar vehicle, he showed a very arrogant attitude. Not even once this person welcomed me despite being sitting in front of me. His poor customer service skills were also shown in the way he handled a reckless mistake made during the vehicle purchase. After signing the purchase agreement, I noticed that one of the vehicle tires was damage. When I notified this to the sales manager not only he refused to repair the tire but insulted me by saying that “the dealer could install the tire free of charge but I needed to purchase it” . I was not asking for charity. I was asking for the dealer to take responsibility for it mistake. One thing I learned from this experience is that not everyone has good customer service at this location. After this bad experience, I will never return to this location. If I can give this location less than one star, I will be happy to do it. Unfortunately it is not possible. More
