Jeremy Hodge Toyota of Ardmore! Terrible customer service and warranty fulfillment. My 2024 Toyota Tacoma was taken in for service, it has 20k and is less than a year old. Well with Terrible customer service and warranty fulfillment. My 2024 Toyota Tacoma was taken in for service, it has 20k and is less than a year old. Well within warranty. It had a check engine light on and had an evaporative emission code. Upon arrival to pick it up I was informed the fuel pump housing was spider-webbed cracked and leaking on the top side of the gas tank. They informed me it would not be covered by warranty because they believed I had ran over something which caused the cracks. Their justification was the tank was scratched on the bottom indicating it had a significant impact. They had taken some poor quality photos which display streaked dust and dirt on the tank (how you would suspect any undercarriage to look). Upon my own investigation, having access to a lift, I cleaned the tank and inspected it myself. There is no sign of any sort of damage to the underside of the tank or any of the components around the tank which also hang in the same area. You would expect to find major damage or deformation if there was enough force to move the entire tank and break the pump. I also took some good pictures of the tank and fuel pump housing cracks. I reached out to several technicians in the area and they believe the failure was not a result of any kind of impact but defective installation or material. I also reached out to another Toyota dealership and they couldn’t understand Toyota of Ardmore not warranting the parts and service. My suggestion for anyone would be to avoid Toyota of Ardmore for any sort of business. Pictures that I have taken are attached showing the tank and components. More

Jake got us in and out quick. Jake knows his cars and how to set up everything we needed for our phones to match up with our new 2025 Rava4. Thidteam works together to take care of there customers in my opinion. Been trading with this dealership close to 25 years and will till I'm 6 foot under. If they don't have it right then they can get and with a fair price. More
