I called to set up service. Gave a detailed description of the issue. I go drop the car off they have it down as the head light out. It was working when I pulled in. Now I'm told they need the car 24 hours. Never mentioned it the day before. Now I'm angry, they bring some one else out I explain it again. Again the light bulb the one that working. Also the key fob stops when the light stops working. Now the its the fob battery. Like I beleive both key fobs stop at the same time and then start to work again. After I sat for hours I just asked for my car back since it was well past my appointment and they still had not looked at it. I was told they could change the light bulb. Not the problem and I can do that myself for a lot less. When leaving the guy says next time to allow more time. I said there won't be a next time and it was your fault for not telling me you needed it for 24 hours. Bottom line they don't listen to what was said, and relay all the information you need. More

As I have been a customer for over 4 years now and I have witnessed a decrease in service and care for customers. I have had numerous calls unreturned and been blown off by more than one service employee. Ye witnessed a decrease in service and care for customers. Yesterday 06/29 I took my truck in for regular maintenance and for the third straight time I have had to have them correct the air pressure in the tires after a rotation. I’m curious if the oversight in something this easy leads to cutting corners on larger issues within this side of service. I know it’s all about the money and how many more things you guys can add to a ticket, but it is starting to show that we as customers are just a number and the care in work and craftsmanship is decreasing. I left a 5 star review four years ago and now I’m in the verge of leaving a 1 star. I will be taking my four vehicles elsewhere where I feel my decision to take my car in is valued and not just a cattle call. More
