upside down I went to Toyota of Clermont to see if they could help with an RV that I was badly upside down with. I was hoping to trade in my F-250 and 5th wheel c I went to Toyota of Clermont to see if they could help with an RV that I was badly upside down with. I was hoping to trade in my F-250 and 5th wheel camper where no other dealers wanted to do business . first, I meet JC on the sales lot and he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on the vehicles. His professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. After deciding on a Tacoma, JC brought me in to see a sales manager specialist, Eddie Strack. JC explained my situation and asked if he could help me. Eddie went over everything with regards to my two trades assured me they would be able to work something out. After getting Joe Spagnolo, the used vehicle director and Nick Petrone, the dealership GM involved, Nick was able to get me out of a bad situation and into a new Tacoma. I was then turned over to Alejandra Chang in the Finance department. She was handed a mess of paperwork and a vehicle she had never processed before, but through the whole thing was also a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Bottom line, everyone at Toyota of Clermont went above and beyond to assist me. It was a pleasure to deal with such a dedicated staff. More
