We were just looking at first and had all of our questions answered about the car we liked. It was only our first stop and we had a lot more research ahead of us. We came back to Toyota after looking at other dealers and knew that this was the place we wanted to give our business to. Again, the service was the best and we loved the car. We were able to work out a deal and didn't mind the negotiating experience at all, we enjoyed the game and the players. From start to finish everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Some other dealerships could learn a lot from Toyota of Clermont. Treat the customer like a guest and make them feel welcome is a good way to get people like us to become loyal customers for life. If not for Nestor ... we never would have entered the building.. but all 3 of them were fantastic. We really didn't think we'd buy a car today.. but it worked out so perfectly that we just felt we were supposed to and both of us could not be happier. There are a so many places in this country where you can buy a Toyota... but the PEOPLE at Clermont make it a joy. I can't say enough about them.. Dave, our salesman was very professional and had great followup. Matt who followed after Dave and actually wrote up our deal was also very professional and very nice.
