Great dealer and great peole My husband and I walked in with no expectations. We met with a product specialist, then a sales person, and finally the finance person. One was friendlier and more helpful than the next. TJ the sales person explained the process and was not a pushy sales person at all. The next step is they had Mark Anthony the product specialist walk us out to assist us in picking out a car that was right for us. I e never had such an experience as this. Mark went over the entire car in detail explains all aspects of the cars features. As well as took us on a test drive. Next the finance guys worked their magic to get the payments into a comfortable range for us. We then were handed off to Grace to finalize the financing paperwork. She couldn't have been a sweeter person. Explaining every part if the paperwork as well as presenting our new car to us. I have to say from the time we walked in the door we were amazed by the detail, the professionalism, and the friendliness we were treated with. I highly recommend this dealer, which I never do much. More

awesome dealership We drove out to Toyota Clermont after having waited at the Toyota dealership on Vineland for over twenty minutes without anyone being available to sho We drove out to Toyota Clermont after having waited at the Toyota dealership on Vineland for over twenty minutes without anyone being available to show us a vehicle (everyone was in a sales meeting). Upon our arrival we were met by Juan, a sales associate, who immediately took us to the model we were interested in. Within half an hour, we had test driven the vehicle and had been shown all of the features on it. We were then brought inside to Scott, who negotiated the price we paid. From there we went to see Grace in Finance--and she was amazing. She went through the mountain of paperwork we had to sign, and made sure that we thoroughly understood everything. We were paying cash for our vehicle so she confirmed that everything was cleared on both ends. She also made sure that our new vehicle was pristine clean, new mats properly placed inside, and that all of our belongings from our old vehicle were transferred over to the new one. Grace was friendly, efficient and very thorough. She truly made our experience exceptional. More
