Timely Professional / Courteous Service I always bring my vehicle to Toyota of Clermont. Jeremy Roberts always makes sure I get the service I need in a timely manner. I went in for an oil c I always bring my vehicle to Toyota of Clermont. Jeremy Roberts always makes sure I get the service I need in a timely manner. I went in for an oil change and to get my tires rotated. I had mentioned sometimes my engine ran a little rough and Jeremy recommended an induction service. Then we kinda dreaded talking to a sales rep, but we were given to T.J. Cotton. Again, such a nice, polite and accommodating person. Upfront, he asked what can I do to make you a deal that you will be happy with? No pushing , no prodding and the best part was, there was not 14 trips to "talk to the manager to see if I can make this deal." We had done our homework, we knew what a fair price was and exactly what we would and would not do. He only had to bring one offer, we gave him our counter and the deal was done. When we left, I did not feel like I had been overwelmed or lied to or belittled. A lot of dealers tend to do that to women. THEN, even though we were paying cash, we dreaded going into the finance dept. NOTHING TO FEAR HERE!!! Alejandra could not have been sweeter, kinder and explained things to us as we signed each and every sheet. No financial mumbo jumbo! Next day, pick up car, she showed us all that we would ever need to know!! Only thing I took exception to (and this is just a person thing for ME, not her!!!) there were like at least 10 pre-screeners waiting for customers and SHE had to be the one to take off our old license plate and put on our new one!!! One of the young men should be available to do that. Her job is taking care of the money!! Just a thought, Mangement. Overall wonderful experience!! After test driving several Avalon's we found the exact car we were looking for. Then Dan introduced us to Paul who worked hard to make the deal happen. He showed us all the options for financing available. Then Josh came in to make our dream of owning an Avalon a reality. While Alejandra finished up with our paperwork, Dan transferred all our loaded trunk into our new Avalon. Dan also made sure our new car was detailed and fueled while we were with Alejandra. When we came out from signing the paperwork, Alejandra hooked up my phone to Bluetooth while explaining the process. In addition, she explained some of the other electronics that are included in the car. The experience of buying a car at Toyota of Clermont was not only an educational experience by a pleasant one as well. This is the second car we have purchased and will return next time we buy a new car again. More
