The New Car Buying Experience My wife and I went to look at new cars because our 9 year old Murano was showing its age. Our plan was to look at Nissan, Grand Cherokee and maybe a GMC. At the last minute my wife suggested going the Toyota dealership, just to look and make sure we cover all the bases. We were greeted by a young man, Marc Anthony, who started to qualify what we were looking for. He suggested the RAV4, and after an excellent detail of the qualities of the vehicle we test drove it. He answered all my reservations about a four cylinder vehicle and explained the safety standings withing the industry. We were then met by Matt, who was the Sales involved with Marc. We still did not want to make a decision that night, even with the work of Josh trying to sway me... he almost had me, but I was determined to check the other vehicles. Bottom line, we did lease the RAV4. Then the paperwork, Alejandra handled the volumes of paperwork with expertise and was very courteous. After that was done, she gave us step by step instructions on the highlights of the RAV4. I was amazed how she knew all the steps of the paperwork AND gave us instruction on the vehicle. In my mind I was thinking how does she sleep at night? Great Dealership, and all involved worked well with each other. More

Out of Country Toyota Customer During our recent vacation to Clermont from our Canadian home we experienced a problem with our 2012 Camry resulting in a major repair involving the t During our recent vacation to Clermont from our Canadian home we experienced a problem with our 2012 Camry resulting in a major repair involving the transmission. We were referred to James Mayo a customer service rep. who undertook to help us with this issue. Since we are not residences of the USA approval was required from Toyota to undertake the repairs. Jimmy was with us all the way keeping us fully informed of developments. The repairs were completed in a fully satisfactory manner and our vehicle now in a perfect running condition. We cannot express our appreciation enough for the help extended through Clermont Toyota but especially James Mayo for his kindness and professionalism and we wish him well in his future career with Clermont Toyota. 2nd purchase from Toyota of Clermont! It just keeps getting better and better. In January I was a happy owner of a brand new Rav4 and just a couple days ago I drove out in a Scion. Mike shows me around the lot and is always prompt and knowledgeable. TJ was my salesman this time and I really enjoy his company and how quickly he worked out the exact deal I wanted. He pays attention to details which I really appreciate! Grace did all the paperwork at the end and she really was the cherry on the cake. She is just so much fun.
