No hard sale, but honest salesmanship! After much discussion, and looking at a few different types of vehicles, we went inside where I worked with Benjamin and then Nate. Both gentleman were professional and timely. They walked me through options of buying versus leasing - all options were offered to me. I found it best to lease and with the help of two great finance ladies, Aimee and Rebecca, they kept the final process smooth and seamless. I have to say I expected to walk into a "typical" car lot with the hassle and haggle -- absolutely NOT what you provide at your store. This is customer service that should be mirrored!! oil change, tire rotation, car wash helped me get my car checked in and asked è if I wanted my car washed! He was very polite and kind! He showed me several cars and ended up getting the Corolla. Than my experience shifted over to Oscar and the bottom line Price. Because I was determined to get the "S" model and the price was higher than I wanted to pay. Oscar worked everything out so I left the same day with my new car. He fought to get the payment down to the amount my wife and I wanted and throw in some free mats. My journey ended with the Rebecca ( Contact signing) she made this process quick and enjoyable. When is signing a contract to pay for something enjoyable? After the signing, she came out to ensure everything was OK and place the temp tag on the car until I paid sunpass (Hold) to transfer my plates over.
