First of all, I don’t even know where to begin. This dealership is awful. I went to purchase a car. I was there for four hours. I was about to purchase a car then they tell me that the car that the This dealership is awful. I went to purchase a car. I was there for four hours. I was about to purchase a car then they tell me that the car that they put into the system was the wrong car and then they proceed to tell me “oh but we will sell you the car but it’s $5000 more. I was like excuse me????? this is your mistake not mine. You even made me sign a paper saying this is the OUT THE DOOR PRICE. I agreed to it and then you come back and play games. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car and the used car manager, his name is paul, absolutely horrible. He didn’t even care, he could care less, he didn’t even try to make it right. He took no accountability and then for the next two days they proceed to call me to try to get me to come back in to purchase the car or another car!!! NO!!!!!! I will never step foot in that dealership ever again. I wouldn’t give them half a second of my time awful awful awful!!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves. Terrible customer service. A waste of my time and trying to take advantage of me thank God I finally found a great dealership the next day and bought a beautiful car and I was treated with respect and in a professional manner and honesty stay away from this dealership.
