Worst Experience ever. Went to this dealership with low pressure light on on my 2015 Rav4,after Walmart tire center that replaced aftermarket tpms sensor were unable to sync Went to this dealership with low pressure light on on my 2015 Rav4,after Walmart tire center that replaced aftermarket tpms sensor were unable to sync with my car. Met advsor Casey Bradshaw who told me I'd need $139 diagnostic fee, and if I agree on. The $139 would go to the parts installation fees. After the diagnostic, I was hit with 3 different fees $561 for parts, $139 for now "programming " and $166 for installation. I asked why, she's pushing the notion that diagnostic fee is now covering programming, which she hadn't explained well before I handed her my car. After I paid $789, I realized that other dealerships are charging less, and decided not to do replacement at Toyota of Goldsboro. I went back for refund, and now I have to either pay "special order restocking fee " of 15%=$118 (which no one told me about "the order was special," when I was paying for it),or take the parts with me at a cost of $789. I was willing to pay $789 for labor and parts as stated when I allowed them my car. The no refund statement is not working. More
Responsiveness of Service Dept. , was lousy. Was promised our vehicle the next day, but it took another two days to get it back. Service advisor never kept us informed, and when we r , was lousy. Service Dept. employees were all sitting around and appeared bored or uninterested in our situation. This dealership is clearly on life-support. Communication skills non-existent. Customer service and courtesy a joke. It's all about grabbing your wallet and moving on to the next sucker. Avoid at all costs. More

Horrible customer service! I can't speak for the Sales Department, but their Service Department is seriously lacking professionalism. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 2pm on a Friday; arri Department, but their Service Department is seriously lacking professionalism. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 2pm on a Friday; arrived at 1:50pm, left to run errands (I had someone pick me up). They called about an hour later indicating it was ready. However, I was in the next town over, so I asked if I could pick up the next day. When I arrived at 3pm the next day, Saturday, I was told they hadn't even started on my vehicle but they were getting ready to "jump right on it". Jump right on it? All I wanted was my oil changed and tires rotated (which they upsold the day before). They had my vehicle over 24 hours! When I complained, no one cared, EXCEPT Amanda (the Customer Relationship Manager). The Service Department's response was, "well when would you like to reschedule?" Ummm, no thanks. I already HAD an appointment scheduled that they completely ignored. My advice, take your time and money down the road to Greenville or Kinston. I've been to both dealerships and they are wonderful to work with; Goldsboro, not so much. Goldsboro indicated they work "working on improving" their customer service... well, keep on working on it because it definitely needs help. More
I've been coming here for 10 years and I have had nothing but great service. They are quick even if they get flooded with customers. Pathetic service dept Don't buy from Toyota of Goldsboro. Sales dept is okay but once you buy, your screwed and stuck dealing with horrible service dept with employees who Don't buy from Toyota of Goldsboro. Sales dept is okay but once you buy, your screwed and stuck dealing with horrible service dept with employees who obviously hate their jobs. I bought new truck, it took 3 trips to service to get running boards installed, they even tried to put running boards on that had obvious damages, a large scratch on them on my new truck. Dropped my truck off at 8am today for oil change, told them I would be back to pick up at 11am, the truck isn't ready and here I sit wasting my time and lunch break from work. Go to Massey Toyota in Kinston if you want to be treated like an actual valued customer. More

Despite three calls the night prior to confirm service appointment details the service manager refused to install "we owe" parts and seat covers that salesperson had agreeded to do. Arrived five minutes prior to appointment and after two hours and 40 minutes no work had be done. Expressly told service manager of time constraints and work to be done. Service manager just told us to "sit in the loaner car" that was provided as the the car sat unattended in the parking lot. A thirty minute job not done in two and a half hours of waiting. Took car home (an hour drive) and had to reschedule. Totally unprofessional. More
